1. Liability

The service is provided on an “AS IS” basis, without any representations, warranties, or endorsements of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, C Telekom, Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses or damages (including, without limitation, loss of business, opportunity, data, or profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the service, or issues related to third-party services.

2. Right to Cancel the Service

C Telekom, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any customer’s service, close their account, or refuse service without providing a refund if inappropriate conduct is identified, as determined solely by C Telekom, Inc. management.

3. Service Description

C Telekom, Inc. provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) and SmartDNS Proxy service designed to enhance online privacy, security, and access to geo-restricted content. Our service encrypts your internet connection to help protect your data from unauthorized access. However, please note that the service does not provide complete anonymity or guarantee protection against all threats.

4. Auto-Renewal

By subscribing to Getflix, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew for the same plan at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled via our customer support team prior to the renewal date.

Customers are solely responsible for managing their subscription, including cancellation. Failure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date will result in automatic renewal, and the associated charge will not be considered fraudulent.

Note: The payment will appear on your bank or card statement as C Telekom, Inc. to help you easily identify the transaction.

5. Responsibilities of the Clients

1. Confidentiality and Access to the Account:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for any and all usage or activities conducted under your account. This includes unauthorized usage by any other party. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2. Password Security:

To protect your account, keep your password confidential and avoid using the same password for other services.

6. Price Changes

C Telekom, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the prices of its services, including subscription renewal rates, to reflect changes in costs or other factors. In the event of a price change: • Customers will be notified in advance of the next billing cycle. • If you disagree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next charge. • Continued use of the service after the price adjustment will constitute your acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Refunds

Refunds are not issued for auto-renewed subscriptions unless required by law. Customers are advised to cancel their subscription in a timely manner if they do not wish to renew.
